Template - Creating an efficient sourcing file
18 November 2022
A sourcing file is an essential tool for managing your inventory that consists of a spreadsheet containing all of the information regarding your product assortment.
How do you complete your sourcing file?
Simply centralise and record the information you collect in your prospecting process, such as:
- Product sheets
- Prices before tax
- Recommended retail prices including VAT
- Product origin
Is there information that you think is important that’s not in our list? Feel free to add it to your own sourcing file.
Every business is unique, so don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our Ankorstart experts to help you create a strategic file that works best for you.
