1. Fresh products category launch
You can now offer your full catalogue (ambient and fresh products) on Ankorstore.
With the launch of the Fresh Products category, you can now centralise your entire offering on Ankorstore and allow retailers to order their full assortment in one place, under the best commercial conditions.
Burrata, Iberian ham, caviar, fresh pasta, kombucha… Over 3,000 products are already available!

Improved visibility across the platform:
- A dedicated icon in your catalogue, search pages and filters

How it works:
- Update your catalogue by adding your fresh products
- Fill in the required information so they can be correctly identified on the platform (storage temperature, minimum remaining shelf life at delivery)

2. Share your Ankorstore shop
Turn your B2B traffic into sales, with no fees or commission.
With the Promote your shop feature, share a personalised link to your Ankorstore shop and convert your visits into orders — with no fees or commission.
What you can do:
- Capture and qualify B2B traffic from your website and social channels
- Centralise your activity on your Ankorstore shop
- Grow your retailer network directly from your own channels
How it works:
- Retrieve your personalised link from your Shop tab
- Share it on your website, emails or social media
- Retailers who click on this link are automatically added to your My Network
- Access their information and follow up easily by sending targeted campaigns to convert them into customers
A model that remains as beneficial as ever:
- No acquisition fee applies to their first order
- 0% commission on all future orders (reorders)

3. Easier order editing
Adjust your orders more easily to avoid losing sales.
When a product is unavailable, you can now make more precise changes to an existing order directly from your back office, allowing you to offer an alternative without partial cancellations.
What you can do:
- Replace an out-of-stock product
- Add a free item
- Apply a discount after the order is placed
- Edit orders at unit level rather than pack level
How it works:
- Go to the Orders page in your back office
- Select the relevant order
- Make your changes (products, quantities, discounts)
- The retailer is notified by email and can view the updates in the order details

4. Add a video to your brand page
Showcase your brand with a presentation video.
You can now enhance your brand page with a video to present your universe and help retailers better understand your offering.
What you can do:
- Add a presentation video via a YouTube link
- Highlight your brand and positioning
- Increase retailer engagement on your shop
How it works:
- Go to Edit your store in your back office menu
- Add your YouTube video link
- The video will automatically appear on your brand page

5. New data in your Dashboard
Track your performance with new key metrics.
New data is now available in your Dashboard to help you better understand your activity and refine your commercial strategy.
What you can do:
- Track the number of new customers
- Identify the share of first orders vs reorders
- Better analyse your acquisition and retention performance
- Adjust your commercial actions based on these insights
How it works:
- Access your Dashboard from your back office
- Analyse the split between new customers and reorders
- Identify your key growth levers
